Annexure I: Admission Documents Required

  • Copy of Passport (first and last page)
  • 10th Marksheet and Certificate
  • 12th Marksheet and Certificate
  • NEET Scorecard (if applicable)
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs
  • Medical Fitness Certificate

Annexure II: Rules & Regulations

  • All students must maintain discipline and punctuality.
  • Attendance of 75% is mandatory for appearing in exams.
  • Students must follow university dress code during classes and labs.
  • Use of mobile phones during lectures is prohibited.
  • Respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students is expected.

Annexure III: Academic Calendar

The academic year at IEU Kyrgyzstan is divided into two semesters.
Spring Semester: February – June
Fall Semester: September – January
Examinations are held at the end of each semester followed by a short break.

Annexure IV: Hostel Rules

  • Hostel rooms are allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Students must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in rooms.
  • Smoking, drinking, or use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Visitors are allowed only with prior permission.
  • Hostel gates close at 9 PM daily.

Annexure V: Fee Structure Guidelines

Students are required to pay tuition fees and other charges as per university policies. All payments must be made through official banking channels. Delays in payment may attract penalties as per regulations.
